I'm 15 and Just yesterday I was suspended for two days because I melted a hole in one of the cafeteria tables at my school- granted- i was increadably stupid for doing this and u couldn't imagen how sorry I am- but now the school is thinking of pressing charges for wreckless endangerment of the student body and I don't know what to do.
All my friends have lighters and we all constantly play with them- the school has never really cared. My friend Jamie blew up a flint in the middle of bio class and the teacher just laughed- we flick lighters during class- and the teachers never cared- now about 5 of us are in serious troble- talk about mixed messages. Up untill yesterday I never even KNEW we couldn't have lighters in school- I know I deserved to be punished for vandalisim- and I really am sorry- but it wasn't like I had the intention of burning down my school... Now every1 is making it sound like we're pyros and we should be taken out of society- and this could give me a criminal record and I may never get a job, and I just don't know what to do- any advice is wanted... PLZ!
