Renown Juvenile Firesetters Program centered at the Brandon Residential Treatment Center(Natick,MA)is seeking a Case Manager with commitment to and experience with juvenile firesetters. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an innovative specialized treatment program and work closely with clients and families.
Responsibilities:
1.Actively participate in department meetings, treatment teams, conferences, supervisions and trainings.
2.Provide professional role modeling for clients and maintain appropriate boundaries and social interactions with clients.
3.Work as a team with all Brandon staff, programs and departments by communicating all pertinent information efficiently and effectively and by completing all daily documentation, conference reports and required forms.
4.Set and maintain consistent/constructive limits while providing a corrective learning experience for clients.
5.Represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
Compansation:

Requirements:
-Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required
-Strong presentation skills
-Some experience in social services/mental health
services preferred
-Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
-Thrives in a multi-task environment
-Valid Massachusetts driver's license
