St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center/ Mercy Children's Hospital in Toledo Ohio, does have a firesetters program. Our program is called F.A.C.E. the Facts. The staff of St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center's Regional Burn Care and Reconstructive Center helps children FACE the Facts that playing with fire can hurt them and the people they love.
The Burn educator coordinates small group educational sessions for children who are
fascinated with fire. A parent / guardian is required to attend the class with their child. One class of each age group is held each month. The Age groups are: 4-7, 8-12, 13-17. A parent needs to register their child for class.
