Can anyone help me please. we have an arsonist operating in our neighborhood. so far they are setting cars and rubbish bins alight. i am concerned for obvious reasons that they might escalate to setting fire to homes. i know of a neighbor who is 18 and who lives alone , has suffered child abuse, and who is very angry and hard to reach. he was kicked out of school for setting fire to the school years ago. i have no proof. what should i do? can anyone help please he lives very close to us. and is friends with my son tho he tends to turn on my son with no provacation so ive told my son to stay away from him which is difficult as he lives so close to us.
